Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All fees paid to IMPARC for counselling, admission facilitation, training, workshops, or professional services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund shall be applicable in cases including but not limited to:

  • Change of decision by student or parent
  • Admission rejection by university or authority
  • Ineligibility identified later
  • Failure to submit documents on time
  • Non-attendance of counselling or training sessions

3. Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to universities, colleges, exam bodies, or government authorities are governed by their respective refund policies. IMPARC has no control over such refunds.

4. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15–30 working days after deducting administrative charges.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
